Munster Chess Union
This years Division 2 has combined all the teams who played in Division 3 and Division 4 last year with the teams finishing below 2nd place in last year's Division 2 and new teams joining this year.
The Round by Round Draw and results are currently hosted on the Chess Results server.
This gives us Cork B, Limerick B, Dungarvan A, Ennis B, St. Finbarrs A (formerly UCC A), St. Grellans, Ennis C, Tralee B, Limerick C, St. Finbarrs B (formerly UCC B), Clonakilty A, Cork C, Dungarvan B, Lismore, Kinsale Chess Mates, Shannon Chess Club A, Ennis D, Galway B, MTU Cork Chess Society, Kinsale Chess Mates Ballyphehane.
The initial dates for the Munster League 2025/2026 are 2nd Nov 2025, 25th Jan 2026, 22nd Feb 2026 and 22nd Mar 2026.. All matches are scheduled to be played in the Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown. The first round each day starts at 11am with the second round starting at 4pm.
